We publish what we actually tell customers. If something below doesn't match what a sales rep tells you, believe this page.

Why no public price list? +
Because the cost of a privacy mistake at a 40,000-employee hospital network is not the cost of a privacy mistake at a 200-employee fintech. A rate card pretends they are the same. We won't. We quote a fixed fee after we understand what the fee is protecting.
Do you charge per AI call? +
No. Metered AI governance creates a perverse incentive, your governance bill goes up every time your teams adopt more AI. Raidu contracts are fixed annual fees. Grow your AI use 10x this year and your Raidu bill stays flat.
Do you charge per seat on the console? +
No. Your SOC analysts, auditors, general counsel, procurement, and entire AI team should all be in the console. Unlimited seats is the only version that makes sense.
How long is the typical contract? +
Annual, prepaid, with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Multi-year contracts available with commitment discounts. No automatic renewal without a 60-day notice window we actually honor.
Can we pilot before we commit? +
Yes. Every deal starts with a two-week proof of value against your real traffic. It is not a demo. It is a tenant running against your policies with signed records. If the signed records aren't compelling, the pilot tells you that for free.
What about data processing add-ons? +
There aren't any. BAA, DPA, SCCs, and a HIPAA-scoped deployment are part of the Enterprise contract at no additional cost. We refuse to sell compliance as an add-on.
Do you sell to startups? +
Occasionally. If you are pre-IPO with a regulated customer base or a defense contract, talk to us. If you are building a side project, use an off-the-shelf LLM gateway and come back when you have auditors.
How do you handle ramp-ups in volume? +
Contracts include a 50% burst allowance over committed volume, reconciled annually. We don't send surprise invoices mid-year. If your AI adoption outpaces the commit, we have a conversation at renewal, not a legal letter in February.
