AI FinOps
AI FinOps is the practice of managing what AI model calls cost: setting budgets per team, attributing every call to the team and decision that spent it, and acting on the budget before money is spent.
Beyond the invoice
An invoice says what a call cost. AI FinOps also answers whose budget it came from, whether it carried personal data, and whether the policy allowed it.
In Raidu
Tower’s AI FinOps sets budgets per organisation and per team. When a team nears or passes its budget the owner is alerted, and the spend is on a tamper-evident record like any other decision. Spend is shown by team, by model and by time period, and budget data stays inside your own cloud install.
